  • How do I pay for my Order?

    We accept bank transfers, credit cards, PayPal, leasing with JobRad, and of course cash. Please understand there will be a processing fee for both credit card payments and PayPal Payments.

  • Why is there a prepayment required?

    CS|Cycling-Sport bikes are custom made according to the individual's rider's wishes and ideas; therefore, these products are unique that cannot be sold elsewhere. Therefore, CS|Cycling Sport requires a prepayment before we can start your customization bike.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    If your prepayment has not been received, you are welcome to cancel your order any time. After that, the order can only be cancelled as long as the manufaturing process has not been started.

  • What is the lead time for my order?

    The lead time is 8 to 12 weeks if the components are available, but can vary depending on the order. It also depends on the degree of customization and your special requests. We strive to build your bike as quickly as possible. Please also talk to our team about possible measures for acceleration in individual cases.

  • How do I choose the compenets for my Bike?

    During our process, a bike-tailer will be assigned to your bike build. It is CS responsibility to walk you through the pros and cons of all setups. They will recommend components, sizes, and geometries that match your goals and aspirations, but in the end, you will make the final decision.

  • How does the customization work?

    This is a bike-tailors responsibility. Within our model line-up, we can truly design the bike of your dreams. This can be custom paint, very specialized fits, and/or component variations not found anyway else.

  • Can I have special requests?

    This is what a bike-tailor does! Tell us what you are looking for, and we will deliver.

  • Can my bike be shipped?

    Unfortunately, no. An essential part of our Bike-Tailoring process is the personal "fitting" which takes place after the design and assembly of your bike. Here the final adjustments are made by fine tuning the individual components, and bike setup to your wishes, eg tire pressure, shock pressure, etc.. And of course an extensive briefing and a test ride.

  • What is included in a bike service?

    A bike service includes a bike inspection, troubleshooting, and correcting any defects or malfunctions in the bike's manufactured form. The service does not include build materials, replacement products, or correcting/adjusting added or replaced products made by a third party.

  • What Services are included in my purchase?

    Included in your order:

    • Pre-order fit and discovery assessment
    • A designated bike-tailer
    • Bike Design
    • Component specification
    • Bike assembly
    • Turn-over fit
    • After-sales support and service

  • Maintenance and Services are really covered for two years?

    Yes, CS wants you to enjoy your bike in perfect running condition. We will perform a maintenance check and service once a year for two years. This maintenance check and service will not include any third-party products. This service will be discontinued once the service is conducted by a non-approved CS partner or technician. Although the service and maintenance are included, worn parts, replacement parts, or damaged parts are not covered. These parts must be supplied by CS|Cycling-Sport in order to be eligible for our two service plans.
