Warranty & Guarantee

For all bikes and other products sold by CS Cycling Sport GmbH as well as other services provided
by CS Cycling Sport GmbH (e.g. repairs etc.) the legal regulations apply in principle.

Guarantee and warranty claims do not exist in the following cases

• in the event of defects and damage that can be traced back to permissible use not covered by the vehicle class (see Classification of Bicycles – Filed of Operation)
• in the event of defects and damage that can be attributed to the fact that the specifications and instructions in the original operating instructions were not observed.
• in the event of defects and damage that can be attributed to the fact that impermissible spare parts were used when replacing parts.
• in the event of defects and damage that can be traced back to force majeure, accidents, improper use, improper repairs, insufficient maintenance, insufficient care or wear and tear.
• in the event of changes to the product without the prior consent of CS Cycling-Sport GmbH, provided that defects or damage can be attributed to them.
